Up Next: We Crossed the River
WE CROSSED THE RIVER is a multi-media collaboration between Dominican-American novelist Angie Cruz (author of Let It Rain Coffee, Soledad, and the widely acclaimed Dominicana), who bases her text on the searing testamonios of cdetainees, and composer Eric Moe. This newly expanded version of the work features video artwork by Aaron Henderson and is directed by Cynthia Croot and conducted by Roger Zahab.
The program also features works for chamber ensemble by JIMENA MALDONADO and INTI FIGGIS-VIZUETA.
